# Duvo

Duvo brings people, AI agents and existing systems together to map, run and
improve business processes. Agents do the work across the systems a team
already uses, people approve decisions and exceptions, and every run keeps its
evidence.

## When to use Duvo

- A recurring operational process has to run end to end inside the systems a
team already has, with a person approving before anything is written back
and the result measured against an agreed baseline.
- Freight audit: check every carrier invoice against contract before payment.
- Payables audit: check invoices against POs, receipts, contracts and
  statements before the pay run.
- OTIF recovery: check OTIF fines against delivery evidence and dispute
  recoverable charges inside the window.
- Inventory replenishment: work stockout and inbound risks before the daily
  cutoff.
- Capture how a process really runs (Clarity) and turn that evidence into a
process catalogue, an improvement plan, a transformation roadmap, an SAP
migration fact base, or role-specific training.

## When not to use Duvo

- As a replacement for an ERP, MDM, WMS, TMS, CRM or planning platform. Duvo
  runs work across those systems.
- To bypass customer RBAC, SSO, policy gates, audit logging or required human
  approvals.
- When the task needs a sandbox or test mode. There is none: runs in any
workspace, including the Free plan, act on the systems you connect.

## Get access

There are two ways to try Duvo: a free two-week Enterprise trial on one of
your processes, guided by Duvo (book at https://www.duvo.ai/contact), or the
self-serve Free plan below.

1. Sign up yourself at https://app.duvo.ai ("Start free" on
https://www.duvo.ai/pricing). No demo, sales call or approval is needed.
The Free plan costs $0, with lifetime limits of 2 Clarity interviews,
100 agent runs, 1 concurrent run, 25 invites.
2. API keys: after sign-up, a person creates keys in the app at
https://app.duvo.ai/settings/profile#api-keys. A key works for one team or
for all of that person's teams and acts with that person's permissions.
The key is shown once, and an API key cannot create another key.
3. Agents that cannot hold a key sign in with OAuth: through an MCP host, or
with `duvo login` in the CLI.
4. Evaluate on the Free plan with test accounts or test data in your
   connections. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are on https://www.duvo.ai/pricing;
Enterprise starts with the two-week trial and is scoped with the Duvo team
   at https://www.duvo.ai/contact.

## Call Duvo

- MCP (for AI assistants): connect to `https://api.duvo.ai/v2/mcp` over
Streamable HTTP. A host that supports OAuth discovers the authorization
  server from
  `https://api.duvo.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/v2/mcp`,
registers itself with Dynamic Client Registration and signs the person in
through the browser, so it needs no key and no approval. A host without
OAuth sends `Authorization: Bearer <key>`. Every public API operation is
available as a tool. Guide: https://www.duvo.ai/mcp.md
- REST API: base URL `https://api.duvo.ai/v2` with
  `Authorization: Bearer <key>`. Start a run with
  `POST /v2/teams/{team_id}/runs` and inspect it with `GET /v2/runs/{run_id}`.
Take exact paths and schemas from https://www.duvo.ai/openapi.json.
- CLI: `npm install -g @duvoai/cli`, then `duvo login` (browser OAuth) or set
`DUVO_API_KEY`, then `duvo runs start --agent <agent-id> --json`. Use the
`duvo-cli` skill for the full command surface.
- Public documentation: https://www.duvo.ai/llms.txt indexes every
  agent-readable document; https://www.duvo.ai/getting-started.md answers the
  first questions an evaluator asks.
