A real conversation, not an interrogation. We get to know you, dig into your past work and experiences, and find out whether we are aligned on how we work. You ask us the hard questions too.
Ship something real alongside the team and end in a demo. Fully compensated, travel covered. Both sides find out what working together actually feels like.

Candidate FAQ
We hire across Europe and the US, with office hubs and Prague as our home base. We care about overlap with your team, not your address.
Unlimited vacation. We judge work by outcomes, not days at a desk. Take the time you need and coordinate with your team.
Competitive compensation with a meaningful equity component. If you want more upside, you can trade salary for additional equity.
Not as standard today. For exceptional talent we will find a way, so don't let it stop you from applying.
Case by case, and often it is not needed: we are remote-friendly across Europe. If a role works better from Prague, we will talk about making the move easy.
Everything up to the trial days happens remotely and we keep it friendly: an intro call, a remote task, and a deep-dive conversation. Trial days are in person in Prague, because we believe in meeting before committing. The days are compensated and we cover the travel.
