Bring any documents or example records already available. You do not need to write an SOP first. No live system access or integration is needed. Your team chooses which screens and documents to share.

    Your team explains the work, answers follow-up questions and checks the map. Participants choose when to start and stop capture. We agree which roles and process variants to cover before starting.
