Map one business process for free.

Find where a recurring process loses time before you pay to automate it. Duvo’s AI interviews your team and captures screen walkthroughs, then returns a process map and recommendations for reducing manual steps and unclear handoffs. Your first process is free, and you keep the result with no automation commitment.

Example deliverable

Invoice reconciliation process record

A readable extract from the existing Process Intelligence product map.

Start
A monthly sweep or an inbound query triggers an overpayment investigation.
Preparation
The analyst joins payment, invoice, PO and goods-receipt exports before reviewing discrepancies.
Handoff
The AP manager reviews recovery items before the approved supplier request proceeds.
Proposed improvement
Automate preparation and discrepancy analysis, subject to review of the proposed process and approval rules.

This is the current process map. An automation proposal and production implementation are agreed separately.

What we need to start.

One process and the people who know how it works. No system integration or prepared documentation is required.

  • What is included?

A process map showing who does what, which systems they use and how decisions and exceptions are handled. You also receive recommendations for reducing manual work and improving the process. The free offer covers one business process. It does not include implementing changes or running production automation.

  • What records and access are needed?

Choose one process you want to understand or improve. Invite the people who do the work to show their screens and explain decisions, exceptions and handoffs. Bring any documents or example records already available. You do not need to write an SOP first. No live system access or integration is needed. Your team chooses which screens and documents to share.

  • Who needs to be involved?

Your team explains the work, answers follow-up questions and checks the map. Participants choose when to start and stop capture. We agree which roles and process variants to cover before starting.

  • When will we receive the result?

We agree the session and handoff timing around participant availability and process complexity.

  • How do we review the result?

Your team can follow the map, confirm how the work runs and understand the improvement recommendations. Unresolved questions remain visible.

  • What happens next?

Keep the map and recommendations. An automation proposal or production automation is a separate engagement, agreed before starting.
