Built in live operations.
We built and ran operations before we built software for them. Finance, supply chain, and sales work still break the same way.
Origin
We built the operation before we built the software.
When a shipment fails, the real process rarely lives in one system. It spills into inboxes, spreadsheets, supplier portals, and the memory of whoever has been carrying that work the longest.
Built inside live operations
A $1.5 billion retailer made the pattern impossible to ignore.
We did not study operations from the outside. We built a $1.5 billion retailer: 85,000 products, 1,700 suppliers, 14 warehouses, and millions of orders.
We know what 3 AM looks like when a shipment fails and nothing flags it. The spreadsheets holding a supply chain together. The credit notes lost between systems. The order details sitting in a message thread until someone rekeys them.

The pattern
The real process lived in memory, not in the systems.
What Duvo runs
Map the process. Fix the break. Then run the work.
Careers
We deploy into live operations.
If that sounds more interesting than another AI demo cycle, here are the roles we are hiring for.
From the Duvo team
Insights on operations, AI, and the work behind the work.
We write about the patterns we see inside real operations — the breaks nobody talks about, the fixes that actually hold, and what changes when AI runs the long tail.
