We ran the operation first.
We built and ran a retail operation before we built software for one. The same finance, supply chain, and sales work breaks the same way everywhere. So we built one product that maps how the work really runs and runs the better version on the systems you already have.
Origin
We built the operation before we built the software.
When a shipment fails, the real process rarely lives in one system. It spills into inboxes, spreadsheets, supplier portals, and the memory of whoever has been carrying that work the longest.

Built inside live operations
A $1.5 billion retailer made the pattern impossible to ignore.
We did not study operations from the outside. We built a $1.5 billion retailer: 85,000 products, 1,700 suppliers, 14 warehouses, and millions of orders.
We know what 3 AM looks like when a shipment fails and nothing flags it. The real process was never in one system. It lived across SAP, supplier portals, spreadsheets, and approval threads, held together by whoever had carried that work the longest. Credit notes went missing between systems. Order details sat in a message until someone rekeyed them. That gap is the work Duvo learns, fixes, and runs.

The pattern
The real process lived in memory, not in the systems.
What Duvo runs
We map it, fix what is broken, then run it.
The team
Operators and builders in the same room.
Founded by the team behind Rohlík. ~40 people across Europe and the US who would rather deploy into a live operation than theorize about one.

Inside Duvo
A look at the work and the people behind it.

Careers
We deploy into live operations.
If that sounds more interesting than another AI demo cycle, here are the roles we are hiring for. Operators, builders, and forward-deployed teams in the same room.
From the Duvo team
Insights on operations, AI, and the work behind the work.
We write about the patterns we see inside real operations: the breaks nobody talks about, the fixes that actually hold, and what changes when AI runs the long tail.
