From planned work order to reserved parts

The CMMS lists the parts a preventive maintenance job needs, the storeroom system shows what is on the shelf, and purchasing knows what is on order. None of them says whether the kit for next week's job is actually free. A part can be on hand but reserved for a breakdown job, on order with no confirmed delivery, or stocked at an older revision. When that surfaces on the morning of a planned shutdown, the plant either delays the job or pays for an emergency purchase.

    Duvo reads upcoming work orders from the maintenance system with their part numbers, revisions, quantities and scheduled dates, and pulls stock, reservations and open purchase orders for each part.

    Only unreserved stock at the exact part number and revision counts as available, compared with the work order's need date and any confirmed inbound delivery.

    No. Only the approved part number and revision count as a match. Any alternative goes to your maintenance engineers for a technical decision.

    Take a completed window and its work orders. Duvo runs the checks on those records, and you compare the gaps it finds with what your planners dealt with at the time.
