Review a reinsurance recovery file

The reinsurer has replied to a recovery request on a large settled property loss, recorded against the excess of loss treaty, asking for proof of payment and the adjuster’s final report. The claims team holds one, finance holds the other, and the recoveries team is not sure what was already sent with the loss advice.
