The work that sells was rationed by people's time.

An online pharmacy sells through the product page a customer lands on and the homepage that tells them what matters this week.

At Pilulka, a premium product page took about half a working day across four specialist roles, so only the bestsellers ever got one.

The homepage was configured by hand twice, once per country store, when someone found time, and merchandising choices had no data behind them.

Catalogue fixes such as recategorising products, completing product series and correcting labels waited in a queue behind everything else.

Before

  • Premium product pages for top products only, about half a working day each across four roles
  • Homepage refreshed ad hoc and configured by hand per country store
  • Merchandising chosen by intuition
  • Catalogue corrections queued behind other work
  • Compliance dependent on the individual copywriter

After Duvo

  • 3,806 premium pages in seven weeks, about 76 a day, with about 2,500 more queued
  • Homepage planned every Monday and deployed on both stores after one approval
  • Merchandising built on weather, campaigns, live content and competitors
  • About 2,000 catalogue corrections handled and reviewed
  • Compliance enforced identically on every page and verified live

Homepage used to be something we got to when there was time. Now the plan is ready every Monday, backed by data and mirroring our campaign calendar, so the homepage is always up to date. All I do is approve it.

The workflow from signal to outcome.

01

Produces premium product pages

Duvo researches each product, writes the full page in pharmaceutically compliant language, creates on-brand visuals and localises it for the second market.

02

Publishes and verifies

After review, Duvo publishes each page to both country stores and checks that it is live.

03

Plans the homepage every Monday

Duvo builds the week's homepage plan from the weather forecast, the campaign calendar, what is currently live and what competitors are promoting.

04

Deploys after one approval

Once the plan is approved, Duvo deploys it to both stores, retires outdated placements and leaves protected evergreen content in place.

05

Works the catalogue queue

The specialist hands Duvo the corrections that used to pile up, from recategorisations to new listings, and reviews the result.

Outcome

€675K in the first year: €350K a year in incremental revenue, plus €325K of content and catalogue work delivered

Control points

  • Every finished product page is reviewed before customers see it, and verified live on both country stores after publication.
  • Pharmaceutical compliance rules are applied identically to every page instead of depending on the individual copywriter.
  • The weekly homepage plan deploys only after a person approves it, and evergreen placements are protected by rule.
  • Low-confidence catalogue changes are flagged for the specialist to review instead of being applied.
