What Disruptors 60 is
Disruptors 60 is Greenfield Partners' yearly list of AI startups, unveiled at TechCrunch Disrupt. The Class of 2026 spans six categories: Cybersecurity, Digital Health, Horizontal AI, Infrastructure, Physical AI and Vertical AI. Together the sixty companies have raised nearly $6B, and most are less than three years old. Alongside the class, the list honours fifteen Pioneers already leading AI at scale, among them Anduril, Figure and OpenEvidence.
Greenfield measured five things, described on the list's site as:
- AI-first foundation: "AI sits at the center of the product and the business model, not bolted on the side."
- Product depth and differentiation: "Real technical merit, a defensible moat, and value a customer can name."
- Market traction: "Adoption, revenue growth, and momentum you can measure."
- Momentum and scale potential: "Funding, growth signals, and a credible path to leading the category."
- Real-world impact: "Measurable change to workflows, cost, speed, safety, or outcomes."
Duvo in Horizontal AI
Large companies run on dozens of systems that don't connect, and people fill the gaps: copying data between them, chasing suppliers, checking invoices. Duvo is the Enterprise Execution OS, one platform where a company's people and AI agents run its operations, process by process, across the systems it already has.
A company starts with one process, such as checking freight bills for overcharges, then adds more across finance, supply chain, commercial and customer care on the same platform.
Duvo has already unlocked over $100M in annualised impact for its clients. At Rohlik Group, inbound delivery confirmations moved from 52% to 90%. At Notino, a supplier-bonus reconciliation cycle fell from 70 days to 15.
The list was unveiled the same day Duvo announced its $32 million Series A led by Balderton Capital, which funds the company's global expansion.
