DuvoMicrosoft

Finish the work that runs between Dynamics, Excel and Outlook.

Duvo maps how a process really runs, then executes it in the Microsoft systems you already use: Entra ID access, approvals in Teams, one Marketplace invoice.

Understand the process, run it, and show what it returned.

Three stages, each with its own product surface and its own evidence.

01 · Understand

Capture how the process really runs.

Process Intelligence reconciles walkthroughs, operator interviews and documents into one reviewed map: every system, handoff, exception and approval, with the business case quantified. SAP and non-SAP steps export as BPMN 2.0 when a migration programme needs them.

02 · Run

Run it across the systems you already have.

Once the process is agreed, Duvo executes it: confirming deliveries, chasing suppliers, reconciling data, processing claims. Where a connection exists, as with Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams, Duvo uses it; where it does not, it works through the existing screens of Dynamics 365, SAP and supplier portals. People keep the approvals your policy requires.

03 · Govern

Show what ran and what it returned.

Every run leaves a history of what happened, what needed judgment and what changed in which system. Operating Insights turns that history into live figures that link back to the work behind them, and approvals and write-back events export to your SIEM.

Model Context ProtocolFor your platform team

Call Duvo over MCP from the agent tooling you already use.

Duvo exposes Process Intelligence, automations and run evidence over MCP, the open protocol Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry support: query the reviewed process map, trigger a run or pull the evidence behind a figure from any MCP client. Approval gates, scoped access and the audit trail stay enforced by Duvo on every action.

We did consider fixing the ordering process inside our internal tools, but IT simply didn't have the capacity to take it on. Duvo gave us a practical shortcut: it validates our proposed supplier orders, calculates a better option, and sends improvements to Slack for approval. Once we approve, Duvo executes the change directly in our internal system through the UI. That's how we moved A+B availability by 15% in two weeks, without rebuilding forecasting or waiting for APIs.

Buy it the way you already buy from Microsoft.

Duvo is listed on Azure Marketplace. Enterprise scope is agreed as a private offer, so the price, deliverable and billing unit are written into the proposal.

One invoice

Billed by Microsoft alongside your Azure spend, on the agreement your procurement team has already signed.

Shorter procurement

A private offer runs on Marketplace terms rather than a new-vendor onboarding, so legal and procurement start from paper they already know.

Priced by scope

Fixed-scope process discovery, a fixed transformation programme, or production automation priced per completed process run. Every proposal sets the scope and price before work starts.

Contracted guarantee

5x ROI, guaranteed.

If measured results fall below 5x the total proposal price, the whole contract is free.

What Microsoft customers ask before they buy.

  • Can we buy Duvo through our existing Microsoft agreement?

Yes. Duvo is listed on Azure Marketplace. Enterprise deals are transacted as private offers and billed by Microsoft on your existing invoice, with the scope, price and billing unit fixed in the proposal before work starts.

  • Where does Duvo run, and where does our data go?

Hosting, model routing and browser sandboxes can be constrained to EU-only or US-only infrastructure, and you can bring your own AI endpoint on Azure, including dedicated and single-tenant deployments. Duvo does not train its own or third-party models on customer data, and default model providers run in zero-data-retention mode.

  • Do you need APIs into Dynamics 365, SAP or our supplier portals?

No. Duvo executes at screen level through the interfaces your teams already use: ERPs, transport systems, supplier and carrier portals, spreadsheets and shared mailboxes. Where a connection or a data warehouse already exists, Duvo uses it; the process is never blocked when one does not.

  • How do you stop an agent doing something it should not?

An agent inherits only the scope of the user or role that starts the task and cannot reach systems or data outside it. Human approval gates sit before sensitive actions, write access runs on scoped credentials you can revoke, and every run leaves an exportable audit trail.

  • How is this different from the RPA we already run?

RPA needs every step and exception defined up front and stops at the first case nobody scripted. Duvo starts by reconciling how the process actually runs, from the people who run it, then executes with agents that handle the exceptions and escalate to a person only where your policy requires an approval.

  • What does it cost, and what is guaranteed?

Process discovery is fixed scope, a transformation programme is a fixed price, and production automation is priced per completed process run. Every solution is covered by Duvo's contracted 5x ROI guarantee: the proposal defines the baseline, measurement window and sign-off, and if measured results fall below five times the total proposal price for the agreed scope, the whole contract is free.
